Sensationalism
It's funny, because I pretty much went straight to stage 6 when I started. Stage 7 for me was not eating any animals, excluding turkey and chicken. Then I cut that out and went from vegetarian to vegan. Wooh!!
Pretty cool thing of stages you've written up, I like how it even applies for those who continue eating meat, just in a more conscious way. :D
